How we operate
Drawing on our Headhunting experience and techniques, Cadenza’s core deal origination process is based on the following steps, similar to an executive search;
- Agree a specific search brief with the client
- Carry out a detailed mult-faceted research process to compile an initial longlist
- Draw up a shortlist of targets for client approval which most closely match the agreed profile and are most likely to be available
- Contact the shortlist constituents directly to establish interest, qualify appropriateness, secure confidentiality and where appropriate arrange meetings.
We balance a small portfolio of dedicated clients who retain our services to help them source transactions using a variety of proprietary research models, with an extensive network of proven entrepreneurial executives with whom we work on a contingent ad hoc basis, as and when an opportunity arises.
We do not provide financial advice, but between ourselves and our network of associates and alliance partners we are able to facilitate everything the committed entrepreneur or business owner requires to fulfil their acquisitive ambitions - through acquisition research, planning and strategy.
