At Cadenza we focus on increasing the potential flow of opportunities for our clients to ensure they stand the best possible chance of securing an off-market transaction. Our work consists predominantly of three main functions: 

- Working with Private Equity clients, Individual HNW (High Net Worth) Investors and managers/management teams sourcing potential acquisition/ buy-in opportunities and project managing these transactions through to completion, predominantly in the sub £50m turnover space

- Restructuring the management of SMEs to enable an MBO/BIMBO to take place

- Working with HNW Private Investors, Corporate Financiers and Private Equity funds to source management pre and post deal to enable transactions to complete or prosper, as well as providing access to new dealflow
