Rob founded Cadenza Partners and has 10 years of experience in deal origination. His first exposure to M&A was as Head of Acquisition Targeting for a London-based boutique in 2000. In 2005 he founded the Corporate Services division of a leading search and selection firm in Leeds and London and launched the country's first MBI Programme from within an executive search house where he sourced and completed a series of high-profile deals. In 2008 he moved to the country's largest headhunter where he established the pioneering Equity & Acquisition Practice before agreeing a deal to spin the practice out privately in early 2010 thus launching Cadenza Partners.
