Using our acquisition research techniques and experience, we work in partnership with managers to understand where they are most likely to be successful in securing a business acquisition deal and seek to open-up unique 'off-market' opportunities for them, rather than relying on businesses being actively sold by corporate financiers or institutional investors in order to maximise both our clients’ chances of securing a deal, and their equity stake within it.
